OnlineQuizify ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform for creating and taking practice tests for competitive exams. When you register, we store your name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). You may optionally add an exam, college, address and profile image link to your profile.
When you take a test — whether logged in or as a guest — we store your name, email and phone number along with your answers, score, time taken, and completion date. This lets you (and, for guests, whoever submitted the test) review results and detailed feedback later.
If you use our contact form, we store the name, email, subject and message you submit so we can respond to you.
Your theme (light/dark) and accent color choices are saved in your browser's local storage. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.
We use a single essential cookie set by our authentication system to keep you signed in. This cookie is required for the site to function and is not used for advertising or tracking. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not share data with third-party ad networks.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this site.
Your data is stored in a MongoDB database. Passwords are hashed before storage and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You can review and update most of your account information from your profile page at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including your account and past test results — contact us at sharma81443@gmail.com.
OnlineQuizify is intended for students preparing for competitive exams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without such consent, please contact us and we will remove it.
