4. Test Content & Results

Tests, questions, and explanations on OnlineQuizify are provided to help you practice and are for personal, non-commercial study use. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that test content is error-free or that it reflects any specific real exam. Scores and feedback are for practice purposes only and are not an official assessment or certification.

5. Intellectual Property

The OnlineQuizify name, logo, design and platform (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by OnlineQuizify. You may not use them without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

OnlineQuizify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlineQuizify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including exam outcomes.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. Continued use of OnlineQuizify after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
